PAIN DESCRIPTIONS - MOVING

I've got to move - got to walk - the outside world disappears - the inner pain world takes over - I reach a point where I don't care anymore - pain twists my hip - a thick rope tight with tension - coiling - I try to untangle it but the more I try the more knotted it    becomes - muscles squeeze the joint grinding exposed nerve into bone - a fire burning from the inside out. every step jars the bone - the slightest vibration - a flash of white light - acid - burning through every nerve.

All my efforts are concentrated on making the next move - I become intensely aware of the inside of my joints - how to get from point to point - as bone travels across bone - rough - on edge - an explosion -   shooting up to my brain. I'm at my limit - stuck - no position to move to - trapped - I'm vulnerable and I'm showing it - my pain is open to the world.

FIELD OF GLASS

Like a field of glass on the inside of my body - piercing bone and nerve and muscle with tiny sharp jabs and slow ultra fine cuts - a river of glass fragments - surrounding my skeleton - gathering like iron filings on a magnet- the inside surfaces of the joints - no longer the smooth, white bone they used to be - now grinding together - creating contusions and lacerations - forming hard lumps, sharp points and grooves - every movement -rough - without lubrication - exposed nerve endings - a thousand points of glass - piercing and penetrating my bones - splicing between the cells -twisting and turning - digging deeper and deeper - every time I move - the slightest move - in any direction - How can I get inside to stop it?
